About the Position:This is a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting, demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' health status and document their medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and observe their conditions for any changes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and treatment strategies.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and provide them with information about their care.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret the results to inform treatment decisions.
- Advocate for patients and ensure they receive the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) and Health Care Provider (HCP) card.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required.
