Your Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based programming for clients, providing direct and indirect training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, and conducting comprehensive initial intakes and recurring assessments. A key focus will be on maintaining professional boundaries and collaborating with other service providers.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or be eligible to sit for your exam within one month. Additionally, you should possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, a reliable vehicle for commuting to client homes, and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA methods.
