About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Kings Dominion.

Job Description

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our company networks and systems. This role requires expertise in project management, network design, implementation, security, and overall knowledge of Client/Server, network, hardware, database, and software integrations.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring system usage to optimize efficiency and identify areas for improvement;
  • Developing and maintaining documentation on systems and process flows;
  • Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Technologies, including network communications within Azure and Office 365;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to select suitable design solutions and ensure system compatibility;
  • Providing engineering support to other IT teams across the company.
Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Evaluate current or emerging technologies and recommend solutions based on factors like cost, complexity, time, and efficiency value;
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams on support updates and project planning;
  • Travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent technical training;
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of related work experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, including Active Directory, SQL, Client/Server, GPO, PowerShell, and Office 365;
  • Any relevant IT certifications preferred.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
