Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor at Courtyard Keene is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Guest Services department. This includes managing the front desk, concierge, and uniformed services/transportation teams to provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests, problems, complaints, and accidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Motivate and coach Guest Services personnel to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, credit reports, and house counts to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, including no-show revenue.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with managers, employees, and other departments.
  • Operate the front office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Highgate Hotel standards and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
