Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to support our Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion. They will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results that meet their expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of construction management software, including Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement construction management plans and schedules
- Monitor and control project costs and resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in large-scale projects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of construction management software, including Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
