About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
  • Set up and manage job sites, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
  • Coordinate the completion of punch list items and demobilization from the job site.
  • Foster a culture of safety, health, and cleanliness on the job site.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent in the Bay Area, with a proven track record of successful project completions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PlanGrid, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
  • Valid and current California Driver's License with a clean DMV record.
  • Ability to read plans, manage subcontractors, and create and update project schedules.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality control.
