Geriatric Primary Care Physician Opportunity in California

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Geriatric Primary Care Physician to join our team at Locums, Inc. in San Bernardino, CA.
About the OpportunityThis full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physician to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly patients. The clinic is part of the PACE program, which focuses on providing inter-disciplinary team care to frail geriatric patients, enabling them to remain in their community.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, medication prescription, immunizations, and follow-up services to local geriatric patients. Our state-of-the-art EMR system, Greenway PrimeSuite, will support your clinical efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Details- Location: San Bernardino, CA
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shifts: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (no evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Patients: Estimated 5-7 patients/day
- Clinic Hours: Telehealth and in-home visits during working hours (75% telehealth, 25% in-home)
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An active and unrestricted California Physician License
- A clean background check
- An active and unrestricted DEA License
- Board certification in Family Practice or a related field

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
