We are seeking a skilled Nursing House Supervisor Clinical Resources to join our team at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, Colorado.

About the Role

This part-time position (0.3 FTE) is responsible for providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing wellness, and promoting a patient-centered approach.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provides direct patient care utilizing evidence-based practices and adheres to established standards of care.
  • Prioritizes tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Precepts new nurses and provides guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, with expertise in obstetrics and women's health.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
