Job Description: We are seeking a Resident Care Advocate to join our team at Twin Lakes Community. As a Resident Care Advocate, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, well-being, and quality of life of our residents.

About the Position: In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care. You will also be responsible for observing residents closely, identifying changing needs and conditions, and reporting immediately to nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans and progress

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
