Job Title: PDK Customer Support Specialist

Intel is seeking a highly skilled PDK Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our Design Enablement group, you will play a critical role in delivering winning products to the marketplace.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-obsessed individual with expertise in custom layout tools and Intel process technology to provide top-notch support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, preparing training materials, and collaborating with the PDK team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support for PDK customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to educate customers on PDK collateral usage.
  • Collaborate with the PDK team to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest custom layout tools and Intel process technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in custom layout tools and Intel process technology.
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to root cause customer issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
