We are recruiting Bell Attendants to join the hotel's opening team. Our art-deco building and architectural landmark is home to the newest luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach. Opening soon, the property boasts 287 guestrooms including 34 breathtaking suites and the ONLY Ocean-view arrival experience in Miami Beach. The design features elements of texture, art, and pops of color that create a unique and captivating experience. Each suite is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, most with deep-soaking tubs, and cozy reading nooks. Guests can also enjoy private outdoor terraces with stunning views of the Atlantic and the Miami skyline. Unmatched amenities include a full-service spa, a well-equipped fitness center, a destination dining experience by Jos Andrés, two pools, and a Beach Club catering to the who's who of Miami. Spanning 25,000 square feet of innovative indoor and outdoor event space, Andaz Miami Beach will become a landing spot for guests and locals seeking celebratory gatherings that embody the city's culture of music, art, and fashion.

Position Summary

Bell Attendants maintain constant communication with the Front Office to ensure efficient transportation of guests, luggage, and personal items to and from the guest rooms. This role involves ensuring guests are comfortable with accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features, providing opportunities for engaging conversation and local recommendations.

Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
  • Greet guests at the resort aligned to Forbes standards.
  • Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to assist guests as required.
  • E nsure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, placing luggage in the assigned room.
  • Assist with loading or unloading guests' luggage from vehicles.
  • Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
