Diagnostic X-Ray Operator

The Diagnostic X-Ray Operator is responsible for performing a limited scope of diagnostic X-Ray procedures, including Chest/Abdomen, Extremity, Skull-Sinuses, and Spine. The ideal candidate will have GXMO Certification and Radiation license by State of Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
The Diagnostic X-Ray Operator will be responsible for:
- Performing diagnostic X-Ray procedures with optimal image quality
- Providing patient care and ensuring a safe environment
- Entering online charges in the RIS system and ensuring accuracy
- Exhibiting Kettering Health Standards of behavior and promoting a culture of safety
- Participating in on-call coverage and attending departmental meetings
Preferred Qualifications
A Student in Radiology Program or currently enrolled in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with fixed equipment and be able to perform inpatient, outpatient, and ER X-Rays.
