Beauty Consultant

At L'Occitane En Provence, we're seeking a talented Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized product recommendations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, staying up-to-date on new launches and trends.
- Support store operations, including ringing, wrapping, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and drive business results.
- Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring our stores are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in retail sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
