About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Frozen Food Department Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the frozen food department, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to meet sales targets and maximize profits
  • Schedule and manage a team of Team Members to ensure seamless store operations
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track inventory levels, sales performance, and employee productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
