Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for exams and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for MRI exams
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient exams
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered MRI Technologist (RMRT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
