Job Description
The Lead Attorney will be responsible for handling complex cases involving Wisconsin civil litigation. This includes reviewing and analyzing evidence, developing legal strategies, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- 10 years of law practice experience or passage of a Bar Exam
- Active license to practice law in Wisconsin with eligibility to become licensed in Minnesota
- Expertise in the Wisconsin Rules of Civil Procedure, Evidence, and local court rules
- Demonstrated excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills
- Ability to successfully handle substantive and procedural legal issues in Wisconsin
