Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing data and enhancing digital images using advanced computer technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
- Evaluate images to determine technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
- Work under general supervision and demonstrate competency in job-related skills.
- Utilize and operate equipment and mechanical devices to provide a safe and effective environment.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines relative to departmental operations.
Requirements
- Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program in an AMA-approved school.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Registration with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
- 2 years of experience in radiology.
