Job Summary
The Intervention Specialist is a key member of our behavioral health team, responsible for implementing and monitoring intervention programs for patients aged 12-18. This role requires a strong understanding of counseling psychology and the ability to work with patients with developmental delays and forensic patients.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor intervention programs for patients aged 12-18
- Work with patients with developmental delays and forensic patients
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and training to team members on intervention implementation and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in counseling psychology, psychology, or a related field
- Ability to complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
