Job Title: Condition Based Maintenance Analyst

Join The Kraft Heinz Company as a Condition Based Maintenance Analyst and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our industrial equipment. As a Condition Based Maintenance Analyst, you will be responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of the plant's Predictive Maintenance (PdM) needs using various predictive technologies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data collected from CBM Condition Based Maintenance routes and perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
  • Manage vibration software database, analysis parameter settings, and alarms.
  • Perform vibration route data collection on critical equipment and analyze vibration data.
  • Conduct Ultrasonic (UE) data collection and analysis, including rotational equipment component monitoring and lubrication, compressed gas and steam leak detection, and reporting for recommended repairs.
  • Perform Infrared (IR) data collection and analysis, including mechanical and electrical IR PM, Arc Flash training, and analysis of IR data and reporting.
  • Conduct Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) and perform off-line quality acceptance testing on new motors, on-line and off-line testing on critical motors in operation, and analyze data and report on recommended repairs.
  • Manage PdM equipment and be responsible for its safe usage and storage.
  • Assist in the creation/update of PdM routes using the appropriate technology for the application.
  • Train others in the use of the different predictive technologies as needed.
  • Assist with addressing discovered issues while performing CBM routes and equipment inspections.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical equipment, components, and parts with a background in industrial, mechanical, and electrical processes.
  • Understanding of Ohm's law, DC circuit analysis, AC circuit analysis, and three-phase induction motor theory.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving techniques, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, and plan effectively.
  • Strong keyboarding and computer skills, and ability to interface with Microsoft Office business application software.
  • Minimum of 2 years mechanical/electrical background in an industrial setting is required.
  • Will be required to achieve level I certification for Vibration, Oil Analysis, and Infrared technologies within one year.
Working Environment:

Primarily indoors in both a hot, humid production environment and cold, cooler environment.
