Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in the Central Pennsylvania region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct daily outside sales calls to customer offices and shops
- Assist location managers with accounts receivable efforts for assigned accounts
- Ensure all accounts are logged correctly in our ERP system and sales are accurately and timely input

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pipes, valves, and fittings industries
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and follow up on tasks
- Must be able to learn and function in our Eclipse software system and utilize other electronic tools
