Job Title: Lean Manufacturing Director

Job Summary: Bocar US is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Director to lead the development and implementation of the BOS system and culture within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and deploying BOS concepts in operational plants, ensuring standards are known and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the annual workshop plan with the local management team.
  • Define, document, and publish BOS standards and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Support training on standards and tools, evaluate maturity and performance, and promote problem-solving methodologies.
  • Contribute to local productivities and savings through the use of BOS tools and methodologies.
  • Track action plans on the 1&1 objective platform, evaluate BOS maturity, and lead the implementation of Beta teams.
  • Conduct Gemba walks, identify opportunities and waste, and structure local management meetings.
  • Monitor and report indicators, define corrective actions, and plan improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to compile data and create reports in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (preferred).
