$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating daily responsibilities, upholding procedures, and ensuring that we deliver the products our customers love.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality breads, cookies, and pastries that meet the company's standards of excellence.
  • Cook and bake goods in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Coordinate daily responsibilities and uphold procedures to ensure smooth operation.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen setting.
  • Excellent baking and cooking skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety procedures.
