Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Paralegal to join our team at the Law Offices Of Gilda Hernandez, PLLC. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in complex class action cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of evidence for litigation, including electronic discovery.
  • Support the review of defendants' evidence and assist in the discovery process on behalf of clients.
  • Contribute to trial and arbitration hearings, and assist in the organization of paper and electronic files.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining contact with clients regarding the status of their cases.
  • Translate documents and assist in various case stages/filings by organizing evidence and preparing exhibits.

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent reading and writing levels in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
