Medical Director Clinical Operations

Sono Bello is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director Clinical Operations to oversee the delivery of our trusted brand of service, the Sono Bello patient experience. This key role will work closely with the Practice Manager to drive an effective and efficient daily flow, resulting in strong KPI output and high team member satisfaction.
The Medical Director Clinical Operations will be responsible for balancing their core role as a clinician (ex. RN, LPN) with leadership responsibilities. Key duties include:
- Embodying the Sono Bello Mission Statement and Core Values by prioritizing patient safety and experience.
- Maintaining outstanding performance against their core role within the center, ensuring a 50/50 split between Lead Clinician and core role responsibilities.
- Supporting day-to-day clinical activities in an accredited outpatient surgical facility, delivering quality care and overseeing efficiency.
- Collaborating with the Practice Manager to establish an effective nurse schedule, optimizing clinical assignments for maximum transformation surgery output while ensuring team member satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably with a background in Cosmetic Practices or Medical Office Management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with training aptitude and proficiency in MS Office.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly, build relationships, and demonstrate agility and adaptability.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills, with the capacity to motivate employees and drive innovation.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Sono Bello also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
