The Role: As a Direct Support Professional at Care Partners At Home, you will work 1-on-1 with our clients and their families, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and providing companionship and support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Work collaboratively with clients' families to understand their needs and preferences

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of approximately $25 per hour
• A $150 Quick Sign-On Bonus after completing orientation and maintaining a schedule for the first 30 days of employment
• A $250 Referral Bonus for referring additional caregivers who get hired with us
• A $200 Sign-On Bonus after two months and 160 hours worked
