We are seeking a talented Grooming Expert - Cosmetologist/Barber to join our team of PHDs (Professional Hair Designers). As a key member of our team, you will provide premium men's grooming services, assist clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and product, build lasting relationships with guests and staff members, and promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon.

• Understand and follow Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures
• Perform premium men's grooming services to Hair Saloon standards
• Assist clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and product for their individual needs
• Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members
• Improve your craft through training and continuing educational opportunities
• Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board
• Experience in customer service, computer, and cash controls is not necessary but preferred

The estimated salary range for this position is $30,000-$75,000+ per year, depending on full- or part-time hours, with a potential earnings potential of up to $35.00 per hour.
