Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Keller Williams Princeton. As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, appraising properties, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with clients to enhance potential for future growth
  • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
  • Visit sites with clients and explain features of buildings along with financial and analytical data
  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients have thorough information before purchase negotiations
  • Lead generation, database generation, database systems, set appointments, close sales, and commercial sales script mastery
Qualifications:
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
  • Real estate license
  • Commission opportunity
  • Good communication
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred
Compensation:

$85,000 - $1,555,000 per year
