We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Keller Williams Princeton. As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, appraising properties, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with clients to enhance potential for future growth
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
- Visit sites with clients and explain features of buildings along with financial and analytical data
- Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients have thorough information before purchase negotiations
- Lead generation, database generation, database systems, set appointments, close sales, and commercial sales script mastery
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
- Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
- Real estate license
- Commission opportunity
- Good communication
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
