You will be responsible for cleaning homes according to our high standards and providing a positive experience for our customers.
We offer a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies, and all your training. You will also have the opportunity to advance in your career and earn a higher income. Our compensation plan allows you to control your income and earn up to $700 per week. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.
We are looking for individuals who are physically able to perform the duties of the job and have a positive attitude. You will be responsible for communicating with customers and others in a friendly and professional manner. If you are a team lead, you will also be responsible for managing the team's schedule and driving safely.
Benefits and Pay: Our pay range for this job is $16.00 to $21.00 an hour, dependent on your experience and the quality of your work. We also offer advancement opportunities and a stable working schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (if team lead)
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm
- Bilingual preferred
