Shift Schedule DetailsMonday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p with every other weekend (Same Hours). Will have days off during week when working weekend shift.
Call Schedule/ResponsibilitiesNo call required.
Type of Patients/CasesFamily Medicine – Outpatient Internal Medicine Patients - Cold/Flu/Diabetes Management/Chronic Conditions. Providers need to be comfortable doing things the facility way and consult with the patient.
Patients per Day/Volume3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits.
Support StaffDedicated LVN's and MA's.
