**Job Summary**

Vanguard-IP is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements, including master services agreements, business process outsourcing arrangements, and software licenses.

They will have focused their practice in technology transactions at a law firm with a national reputation or as a member of an in-house legal team.

The candidate will have a deep understanding of intellectual property and the ability to advise clients on the intellectual property aspects of commercial contracts.

**Responsibilities**

The Technology Transactions Associate will work with other team members and clients, take ownership of projects, and deliver excellent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

They will require top academics and outstanding drafting skills.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have admission in the state in which they are located.
