Job Overview

Hutch Paving Incorporated is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team.

About the Job

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, performing a variety of duties including placing, forming and finishing concrete using floats, trowels and screeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place, form and finish concrete to ensure high-quality results.
  • Vibrate, level, smooth and shape surfaces to meet specifications.
  • Read, understand and execute job specifications accurately.
  • Set forms to hold concrete at the desired pitch and depth.
  • Remove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces by operating power grinders or chisels.
  • Patch holes with concrete or epoxy compound.
  • Hand finish edges, pipes, drains and other obstacles in flatwork pours.
  • Operate various machinery related to concrete work.

Salary and Other Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
