Job Summary

As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. This includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and other similar responsibilities. You will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
  • Deliver guest requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Stock carts and clean rooms and public spaces
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure a great guest experience

Requirements
  • Ability to work on your feet and move around the hotel
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
