We are seeking a dedicated and accomplished RN Hospice Specialty Registered Nurse to join our team at Masonicare Home Health & Hospice.

About the Role

The RN Hospice Nurse will be responsible for ensuring quality and safe delivery of hospice nursing services to patients in their homes or assisted living settings. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care, as well as making necessary revisions to address any problems that may arise.

Our hospice nurses work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate the plan of care and ensure continuity of client care. They also supervise the care rendered by Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides, conducting supervisory visits as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

In addition to providing high-quality patient care, our hospice nurses also provide education, supervision, and counseling to patients and their families regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs. We strive to involve patients and their families in the development of the plan of care whenever possible.

Requirements and Qualifications
