As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our Pharmacy Manager to lead and direct your team. You will be accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for:

• Patient Safety: Ensuring the safe handling and dispensing of medications
• Pharmacy Professional Practice: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals and providing expert advice to customers
• Regulatory Requirements: Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring and improving pharmacy performance
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to our patients and customers
• Personnel Management: Leading and developing your Pharmacy Support Staff
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Financial Profitability: Contributing to the financial success of the pharmacy
