Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at JFS Wealth Advisors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Support: Provide administrative support to our advisors, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining client records.
  2. Client Communication: Interface with clients to provide exceptional service, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating with clients regarding their accounts.
  3. Custodian Interface: Initiate transactions and communicate with custodians on a daily basis regarding alerts and other maintenance.
  4. New Client Onboarding: Work with advisors to onboard new clients, including requesting necessary documentation, running OFAC checks, and setting up accounts in AdvisorView.
  5. Administrative Functions: Process additional funds into existing accounts, provide delivery instructions for various types of assets, and fulfill distributions requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software systems, Excel, Word, and Microsoft suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be client service oriented and knowledgeable of financial planning process and wealth management services.
