Job Summary:

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Passport Program Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support for the Passport Program, including processing applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with DOS and embassy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process passport applications, including data entry and generation of barcode and mailing labels
* Verify documents and ensure compliance with DOS and embassy standards
* Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of applications
* Provide support for 311 related calls and prioritize applications for Courier Services and Mail Out
* Operate computer equipment, including barcode scanners, document scanners, and the FEDEX Terminal

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Clearance: Secret
* One (1) year of general work experience
* Basic personal computer skills
* Basic understanding of postal regulations
* Good hand to eye coordination
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, sealing envelopes, filing, and reading
* Data entry ability
* Ability to work in one place and transverse the office on a continuing basis
* Ability to transport 30 lbs
* Citizen
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an environment involving PC hardware and software, including LANs and WANs
