About the Job

We are seeking a skilled OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT to support our in-house therapy team in providing comprehensive care to patients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience or knowledge in hospital medicine, acute care, or inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Accurately and promptly document patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Requirements

• Previous experience or knowledge in hospital medicine, acute care, inpatient settings, clinics, geriatrics, orthopedics, occupational health, or hospital environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and physiology is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
