Student Ambassador for Red Bull

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic and empowered brand ambassador program that aims to increase our brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your city.

Reporting to the local Brand Marketing Specialist, you will learn Red Bull's target group and take part in reaching new consumers, exciting university/college students, increasing sales, and managing the Red Bull brand on a student level.

This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, answering product-related questions, and working at Red Bull events to provide an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

You will be responsible for representing the brand in a premium way through product sampling, building a tailored campus plan, creating a network, and promoting brand engagement on social media.

Additionally, you will collaborate with sales to open new distribution points, bring the brand to life using relevant Red Bull assets, and ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.

Deliver executional excellence by abiding by brand standards and showing love for the details in all areas of your role.

Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions, plan and report your activities, and contribute to developing the business by providing local insights and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Representing the brand in a premium way through product sampling

• Creating a network and maintaining relationships with important local individuals
• Promoting brand engagement on social media
• Collaborating with sales to open new distribution points
• Ensuring perfect execution of defined store standards

Requirements include:

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• University or college enrollment required
• Fluent in English; additional languages considered an advantage
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus
• Affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes', and winning sales
• A team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits, onboard the Red Bull Mini
