Field Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Trainer to join our team at Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation. As a Field Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commerce City/Denver Metro Colorado Operations by providing training and evaluation on Operator Qualifications (OQ) tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training curriculum for operations employees
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training in various field settings
• Evaluate manual skills performance and prepare OQ task documentation
• Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years Natural Gas Distribution experience
• Ability to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of OQ Rule, 49 CFR Part 192
• Proven communication and presentation skills
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office

Working Conditions:
