Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this role in the SF Bay Area is $147,200.00 – 202,400.00 per year. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, and much more.
Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled Lead User Experience Designer to join our IT Engineering department. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll be involved in the full life-cycle of design for a portfolio of internal custom applications used across a diverse line of business, such as sales, marketing, customer success, human resources, recruiting, and products.
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences and compelling visual designs for a diverse portfolio of internal and external applications
- Perform usability studies to challenge established thinking and discover new ways of solving problems
- Develop user workflow diagrams, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes
- Develop compelling visual designs for products that excite end-users and create brand awareness
- Presentation designs and effectively communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders
We're looking for thinkers and innovators who are willing to challenge the status quo and are energized by developing creative solutions to complex problems. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of combined experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- 5+ years of experience designing for single-page web applications
- 5+ years of experience designing for mobile applications
- Expertise in data visualization and information architecture
- Expertise in using industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC
