Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Principal Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a member of our Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers while serving as an advocate for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
Provide technical support for our Electronic Support Services
Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work experience
6+ years' experience in Infrastructure or cloud-related field
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and networking
Experience with public-cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Prior experience in a Technical Support role

Preferred Qualifications

Scripting experience in Ansible, Python, Terraform, and others
Integration technologies (APIs and CLIs)
Knowledge on Oracle Database and Exadata
