Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group. As a Nurse Specialist for Advanced Anesthesia Care, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, education, and research in the field of anesthesia.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries. Your expertise will include airway management, invasive monitoring device placement, and pharmacology knowledge.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in research activities, develop educational curricula, and serve as a resource person to students and other healthcare professionals. Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Completion of Nurse Anesthesia program
  • Four years of anesthesia experience
