The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP development and management, with experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for landscape architecture and technical design best practice, providing technical leadership and oversight for design, development, performance validation, and testing methodologies.

You will also be responsible for building proactive, responsive relationships with IT team members and business users to understand upcoming business needs and provide visibility into development capacity planning and utilization. Additionally, you will design, develop, and implement quality solutions across the application landscape that are maintainable, leveraging reuse as appropriate.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP security concepts, Basis, and EDI development experience in IBM B2Bi application. You will also have a good understanding of several functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, and WM. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SAP development experience
  • 7+ years of management experience with application architecture, design, and implementation
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with people development, with responsibility for performance, reviews, guiding, and mentoring team members
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and debugging complex integrated applications within SAP
  • In-depth knowledge in the data model of various SAP applications and table structure
