Marketing Associate

As a key member of the Consumer Marketing Division, the Associate Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of go-to-market strategic plans for assigned product categories. This includes collaborating with brand marketing leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies, as well as working closely with product managers and brand marketers to drive company profitability growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategic plans in conjunction with brand marketing lead for a portfolio of product lines across the retail team.
- Work with digital team, creative services, external resources, and brand marketing team to develop marketing tools and campaigns for selling across ecommerce and retail brick-and-mortar stores.
- Interpret category data, consumer insights, and segment trends to identify product and competitive strengths and weaknesses, identify growth opportunities, and defense strategies as needed.
- Manage the innovation pipeline, development, and launch timeline, which encompass the product, packaging, and customer communications for all branded products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in the development and execution of brand and product initiatives to ensure proper and timely customer communication.
- Participate in developing and giving customer presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years marketing experience.
- Experience in product management, marketing, or other related business function is a plus.
- Experience collecting and analyzing data and presenting recommendations is a plus.
- Experience in influencing, coordinating, and working with individuals in multiple functional areas without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take the steps to ensure the assignment/project is accomplished within tight timeframes.
- Microsoft Office working knowledge.
