Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at The Gates Hotel South Beach. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
