Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist for Home Health, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one treatment to patients in their homes. You will observe, record, and report on patient progress, determining the best plan of care for each individual. Our Electronic Medical Record system makes documentation easy and efficient, allowing you to focus on what matters most - patient care.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone
- Bilingual skills are a plus
