Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Vision

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote (with travel within the assigned territory)

This role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory to maintain and expand sales, build customer relationships, and drive new business opportunities in the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets.

Lumenis is a global leader in minimally invasive clinical solutions, specializing in innovative technologies such as Laser, IPL, and RF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand sales within existing customer base and generate new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets.
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize customer relationships and increase face-to-face selling time.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring progression, visiting clients on-site, and conducting cold calls to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to strategize territory plans and drive sales performance.
  • Travel within the territory and across the U.S. for training, events, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or capital device sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to manage sales quotas and close complex sales.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
