Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills while managing challenging behaviors.

You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Patient and compassionate approach to working with children with autism
  • Ability to implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
