Job Summary: As a Patient Access Representative with Community Memorial Health System, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Your responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, and documenting patient information. You will also be responsible for updating patient files, communicating with medical staff, and processing payments. If you have strong customer service skills and are able to multitask, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Check patients in and out when they arrive for medical appointments
  • Answer phone calls to address patient inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Document patient information, including insurance details and payment methods
  • Update patient files and appointment information accurately
  • Communicate with medical staff to ensure seamless care
  • Process payments from patients and handle billing issues
  • Manage paperwork and other clerical duties
