{"h1": "Government Instructor - Adjunct Faculty", "p": "Lee College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Government courses to students in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) correctional facilities. The successful candidate will be committed to student learning, integrating technology into the curriculum, and encouraging engaged scholars.

Responsibilities:

* Teach freshman and sophomore-level Government courses
* Maintain accurate student accounting records
* Submit required student reports
* Direct and evaluate the learning experience of students
* Provide counsel/guidance to students

Requirements:

* Master's (or higher) degree in the teaching field or a Master's (or higher) degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching field
* Pass a criminal background check by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ)
